Managing Challenging Behaviour & De-escalation

North Somerset Parent Carers are extremely excited to introducing training to parent carers within North Somerset on Managing Challenging Behaviour & De-escalation. We bring you this training with Intelligensa Ltd who are experts in the field of behaviour and train across schools and many other industries within the UK. Their trainers are all highly qualified and we are so excited to experience what they have to offer.

Course aim: Be able to defuse challenging situations, using conflict management skills.

This course covers how to avoid and manage conflict situations and includes how communication skills can be used to both avoid conflict and to resolve problems once conflict has been defused.
