NSPCWT would like to invite parent carers to a online session via zoom with Jess Mckeith from Mind in Somerset on a Mental Health Q&A.
During this introduction to mental health awareness session, you will receive a 30 minute condensed training on mental health, followed by time to ask the specific questions that you may have relating to your child or young person.

Spotting the signs of Poor Mental health
Top tips for having a supportive conversation
Signposting information and support available (North Somerset)
Mind in Somerset are a mental health charity. They are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support. Their core purpose is to provide services and support to anyone affected by mental illness, improving their quality of life and wellbeing.
