NSPCWT Zoom - Preparing for Adulthood, views needed! 

Are you a parent or carer to a child/young person with an additional need, disability or an emerging concern regarding their development?

If so, come and join us for a zoom to meet with Nathaniel Chadwick and Charlotte Badger from North Somerset Council, who are developing the Preparing for Adulthood Strategy. They are particularly keen to hear about your experience of transition points and also how supporting your child has impacted your own lives.

Please remember that no diagnosis is needed.
