Supporting your young person to build healthy relationships

Join us for this practical workshop facilitated by Revealed Projects on supporting your child and young person to build healthy relationships with adults and their peers.

Specifically designed to align with the content on relationships being provided by primary and secondary settings in North Somerset, this workshop aims to provide you with the tools and language to talk to your child/young person about:

-the definition of a relationship
-the foundations for healthy relationships
-what is consent
-how to identify issues with bullying
-sex and puberty (age-appropriate)
-the importance of having an ongoing conversation about these topics

Revealed Projects have many years of experience working with young people and their families from all walks of life in North Somerset. Their practical hands-on workshops provide parent carers with invaluable help for themselves and the children & young people they support.

The workshop is for residents of North Somerset and priority will be given to parent carers of children/young people with additional needs and disabilities. Professionals working with children and young families in North Somerset are also welcome to attend
